About us…
Promoting Construction West Yorkshire Training Group works across the region with small and micro construction businesses to identify the right training for your staff at the right time. We provide members with advice and guidance on mandatory and skill specific training, offer support to plan training needs, and help employers access £000’s of CITB grants and funds.
Training Groups are support networks of construction employers. They help employers access high quality, cost-effective training which is suitable for their individual needs.
PCWY is a not-for-profit organisation funded primarily via the CITB Levy. You can be assured that our support and advice is always independent.
About our members…
Our membership, like our industry, comes from a wide range of sectors, but they all have in common a commitment to training and developing their workforce. Members invest in apprentices, skills, leadership and management training, alongside mandatory health and safety training. Members recognise investing in training and development is vitally important to the success of a business and creates a more productive and fulfilled workforce.
